MA CH. 40B Affordable Housing Program – median income required

The Residences at 12 Station Street Apartment complex will consist of two residential dwelling apartment style buildings with a total of 40 units.  Each building will have five (5) one-bedroom units and fifteen (15) two-bedroom units.  Of these 40 apartments, ten (10) will be offered to affordable households through a lottery process.  Of the ten affordable units, there will be three (3) one-bedroom units and seven (7) two-bedroom units.  The complex is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2026.
