There are two Tenant Organizations related to the Middleborough Housing Authority. The Nemasket Tenant Organization and the Riverview Tenant Organization represent the two elderly developments under the Middleborough Housing Authority. The Organizations operate under their own set of by-laws and work closely with MHA.
The Riverview and Nemasket Tenant Organizations are a great way for tenants to be active and get involved in their community. The organizations hold monthly meetings and offer social events and activities for tenant members. Some past events include annual cook-outs, lobster dinners, Holiday Parties, Bingo, Game Night and guest speakers.
Middleborough Housing Authority is happy to introduce to our residents to a new Tenant Portal web tool to provide additional services by the Housing Authority. Through this Tenant Portal, tenants will be able to view and update contact information, submit work orders online, communicate with the Housing Authority through the Secure Document Exchange, and fill out and sign recertification documents electronically.
